Similar to the English version of this study, prepared for the Invest-in-Sweden Agency (today "Invest: Sweden"), the focus of this report in on the way Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) affects national economies, and how that is dependent on local conditions and policies, coupled with the changing nature of international competition and the strategies of the Multinational Enterprises (MNEs) themselves.
In the Swedish version of the study, IKED highlights additional information of more particular interest to Swedish policymakers.
